[Feature]: Auto-refresh options for browser urls

Feature description

Currently using waveterm for displaying some dashboards and status trackers. Some of them are real-time and live and some are not. For those ones who dont auto refresh I wish there was an option to auto refresh on a timer basis which can be set from the options so they are also somewhat of a live dashboard.

Implementation Suggestion

It could be a menu item of the settings (similar to the zoom option that currently exists) but also a config option alone would be fine
