[Bug]: Avast One Flags it as Malware #threat #antivirus
Current Behavior
I installed through winget and seemed to work fine for 20 seconds.
Immediately it asked me to restart for an update, and then Avast intervened with these:
Expected Behavior
To not be flagged as threat / malware (actually it flags as multiple threats / malware types)
Steps To Reproduce
Have Avast One installed (Gold in my case, you can evaluate for free) Install Wave (via winget, not sure about the .exe download) Update Wave to latest Restart and boom

Avast is the problem. Not being snarky. It's malware built to fight malware. That concept died with Norton and McAfee.
ESET works on all OS's and is based as a company. They don't play games! 1000% more professional. I don't use any, as most pros are using DNS tools and other more controlled methods. I don't want anyone monitoring my systems except me.
