[Bug]: file preview's save hotkey is layout dependent

Current Behavior

Hitting ctrl+s in file preview doesn't save changes while russian keyboard layout is selected

Expected Behavior

Hitting ctrl+s saves changes to file

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any document with file preview
2. Change keyboard layout to russian
3. Hit ctrl+s
