[Feature]: Open WSL terminal by default in Windows

Feature description

I tried setting up using WSL as default on Windows and I couldn't make it work:

I have shortcut like this "C:\Program Files\WSL\wsl.exe" --distribution-id {137ac1f3-a273-4b23-8e4c-249c1bab7883} --cd ~ that opens a new ubuntu window.

Is it possible to set that up in "term:localshellpath" somehow?

Not sure if this is a separate issue but it would be great it it could work with wsh run too.
