[Feature]: Add GPU Usage Visualization to "sysinfo" Tab

Feature description

Support visualized GPU usage (similar to nvidia-smi) alongside CPU usage and memory in the sysinfo tab.

With the rise of artificial intelligence, GPU resources have become as critical as CPU usage and memory in system management. Adding GPU usage visualization will enhance monitoring and resource allocation.
