[Feature]: Add Keyboard Shortcuts for Moving Blocks

Feature description

Right now, users can only move and resize blocks by dragging them with the mouse. This can be slow and hard for some people. If we add keyboard shortcuts, like using Cmd + Right Arrow to move a block to the right, it will help users work faster. This is especially useful for people who like to use the keyboard more than the mouse.

Implementation Suggestion

Let users choose their own key combinations for moving and resizing blocks (e.g., Cmd + Ctrl + Arrow Keys).
