Import account with QR code

The (old) Android wallet has the option to import an account using a QR code. Please make this option available on this WavesGUI as well. Either always or when running it on a mobile device (in browser).

Using a QR code is simpler than using the seed directly.

This is also useful for promotional accounts where you can just hand people a card with a seed. Instructions are 'go https://beta.wavesplatform.com/restore-qr and scan this QR code'. Now they gain access to a prefilled wallet. This is an alternative to an airdrop, where everybody that visits your event get to take some tokens home and test your service.
