GrayScale example

The 2.9" ePaper spec clearly shows examples of gray-scale and says it supports 4 levels of grayscale. However no wherein this repo is shown an example of how to actually get it to draw grayscale, nor does the FAQ cover it.

Please add grayscale examples to the code here.
