backlight executable for 6.1.21 64-bit version is actually 32-bit

Hi, I think there has been a mistake when copying Backlight executable to 64-bit version. Executable is 32-bit and cannot be executed. When using 64-bit executable from 5.15.84, backlight control works.

Please fix executable for kernel 6.1.21 64-bit version, thank you very much.
