Configuration not possible due to wrong commands

When using the L76X module (in my case, the L76K is mounted), the device cannot be configured with the supplied code. The main error is the usage of the PMTK-Commands whereas the PCAS command format has to be used (see https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/L76K_GPS_Module or https://www.waveshare.net/w/upload/d/dd/Quectel_L76K_GNSS_Protocol_Specification_V1.1.pdf). The wrong definitions can be seen in l76x.py, line 36 to line 82.
