Webpage cannot be reached

I cloned the repository and ran the code the code is running fine and all the messages are also being printed but when i open the webpage from the link in readme.md it says page cannot be reached

What exactly did you type in? The documentation says http://pi-address:8082/ but of course pi-address must be the IP address of the raspberry pi in your network e.g. something like http://192.168.1.123:8082/
