New 1.14 Release

I'm working on updating buildroot to install picamera. I ran into an issue that was solved by c145015. In order to get this commit in, a new release needs to be published.

I notice that the last commit on this project was on November 17, 2018.

Can a new release be published? Is this project still active?

There is another repo called picamerax that is up to date with this repo here + has some new features already and you can use that one instead
