customise edge colours

I would like to be able to set the colour of the individual edges. This will help distinguish lines on busy diagrams.

Do you want arbitrary color? Do you have a particular syntax in mind for edge descriptors?

I suggest an optional #rgb to the arc type in the edge definition, so e.g.: 'b-|a' where '-|' is the arc definition, could become: 'b#0f0-|a' for a green edge. Optionally, affect only the edge elements after the color specification, and allow different colors for different elements, e.g. 'b#0f0-#f00>a' for a green line and a red arrow.
