Wavedrom support external editor workflow

I'm using the wavedrom editor with an external editor (vim). Currently, the editor doesn't detect changes to the JSON file open in an external editor. To display the changes, I have to close and reopen wavedrom. Loading a different JSON file and then reloading the original JSON file also displays the latest changes. It would be nice to be able to use the wavedrom editor as a live viewer for changes to the file in your favorite editor.
