Add some User documentation about VCDrom

Hi, Sir,

This is really an interesting project. With a web-based application, it would replace the old-fashioned GTKView for VCD waveform viewing for RTL engineers. However, there are so few documents on how to use it / install it. Could I find any hints here? I can help to write some documents/instructions if I can.
