  • header & footer with HTML, CSS, SVG content.
  • unique per page

Looks like we can reserve space for footers and headers by placing E-shaped polygon into content div. POC: https://github.com/drom/datasheet/commit/444d0e4942e87c336f1cbc365df8c57ee85584a2
