Not resolved perfectly and still happens when the status of system resource is bad. But better than before!

Worse and easily reproducible in the Webdock explorer mode :smiley:

There's definitely some measurement time when you first start dragging which means on slower machines dragging quickly can result in the offset. I'll see if there's anything else we can do speed up the initial detection
