[Feature Request] Drag-and-Drop to Open New Window Across Screens

Bug/Feature description

Currently, wavebox allows users to open links in new windows by right-clicking and selecting "Open link in new window" or by using keyboard shortcuts. I propose the introduction of a drag-and-drop feature to enable users to open a new window and place it on another screen more efficiently (like in chrome)

Benefits: Enhances user experience by providing a quicker and more intuitive way to manage multiple pages. Increases productivity, especially for developers and project managers who work with multiple screens.
