[Feature Request] Drag-and-Drop Feature for Creating Custom App from Opened Tabs

Bug/Feature description

Currently, creating a custom app from an opened tab involves clicking the "plus" button and navigating through various options. I wish there was a simpler way to do this. Ideally, I'd like to be able to drag any bookmark from the opened tabs directly to the Webdock, which would then open a custom app creation dialog. Currently, when I try to drag a tab to the Webdock or the toolbar with apps near the tabs, nothing happens. This drag-and-drop feature would enhance usability and improve the overall experience.
