"Send to Smart Note" Context Menu Option Still Appears Despite Smart Notes Being Deactivated

When Smart Notes feature is deactivated in the settings, the right-click context menu still shows the "Send to Smart Note" option. This can be confusing for users who have opted to disable the Smart Notes feature. Thank you!
