Ctrl+Tab incorrect order

Bug/Feature description

Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

1. Create a group and add multiple apps inside it
2. Now re-arrange some of the app's position using drag-n-drop.
3. Try Ctrl+Tab to switch apps.

I would expect it to follow the latest order and switch accordingly. Instead it follows the original order.

For example Group 1

• A
• B
• C

Later I changed to

Group 1

• A
• C
• B

Now pressing Ctrl+Tab follow this order A -> B -> C instead of A -> C -> B
