Add a "Who's that Pokemon?" game

A simple CSS filter can give the effect on a monster image... The hard part here is everything else

• How do you guess? Just filter a list and click the name you want to guess

• Should I keep track of score?

• When does the "new day" start? midnight local time (Wordle does this), 4am local time (Animal Crossing does this)

• Where does this go? I feel like it needs a new top level nav, but an odd number of nav items looks weird
