Support for exporting only public playlists

Please provide a method for easily exporting public-only playlists.

Hey @watsonbox, "public-only playlist" = only the playlists that have a checkmark in the "Public" column.

Okay I see. This would require some kind of filtering on playlist attributes, and I wasn't sure to add that as a feature, but it may be that it's straightforward enough.

I'll leave this open for future exploration.
