missing license

Hi,

Since quite a few people are using your template published on LaTeX-templates.com, but it needs quite a bit of fixing i am asking what the current situation is. The repo here does not have a license statement, that basically means i am not allowed to do anything.

If you add a license and i PR some approvements, will you send them down to Vel? I could get iin touch with Vel directly, but i think there should be at least a little bit of sync.

Thoughts, suggestions?

I've added a license. I'm happy to accept fixes where necessary, but I'm not really sure what changes he's made to my original, which is what I've published in this repo.
