For those discovering this repo but want the first column to be an x-axis, here's a fork. also adds support for floats and renders the x axis

@kumavis Hi! Your version works great! Is the a chance, to use dates ( format: yyyy-mm-dd ) as x-axis (column 1) and how can this be done?
