Server does not respond to _services._dns-sd._udp. meta-query

This library knows about the _services._dns-sd._udp. meta-query for browsing, but it doesn't handle that query when acting as a server. That means it doesn't conform to the DNS-SD spec, and therefore isn't Bonjour.

I haven't actually verified this but I assume this issue is why Homebridge doesn't handle _services._dns-sd._udp. (as this library appears to be an indirect dependency of Homebridge).
