Starter Kit improvments

For us to replace the current Core ML starter kit with this code, the following must be addressed:

• [ ] The instructions for creating the custom need to be updated - the Watson Studio section is not accurate enough for a first time user.
• [ ] The app must come with icons (on the simulator home screen) by default
• [ ] We need to revisit how we will produce credentials into this application, ideally using a BMSCredentials.plist
• [ ] We should be decide whether the primary instructions we want to give are to use the simple or to use the Custom. The current starter only offers the custom capabilities.
