Module and Materialize

Hello,

I would like to put a module on webmapping project but I have a problem with Materialize. The checkboxes are not displayed. When I turn Materialize off, checkboxes are now displayed .... Anyone have any idea?

And it seems raster layers and WMS layers are not supported....

PS : I try with the 'Export' module too, and I have the same problem. It seems there all forms components (checkboxes, selection...) are not supported.
