Reformat polls

In the meantime, the first steps we should take would be to reformat polls from the old syntax:

poll: ["Option 1", "Option 2"]

to:

poll: Should you star the wasteof.plus GitHub repository?

This addresses @jeffalo's new guidelines, while also vastly improving the experience for non-wasteof users.

Future Steps

In the future, when polls are connected to an API/database, polls will simply be a link to a page on the wasetof.plus website where the same nicely-formatted poll can be accessed and answered by non-wasteof.plus users. However, the extension will replace these links with embedded polls for users using wasteof.plus.
