Publish to Chrome Web Store

I know this is already on the roadmap, but I wanted to go ahead and create an issue for it. I am willing to use my Chrome Developer account since I already have paid the fees if you'd like to take advantage of that! Firefox's Addon Store is free though, so you should be able to do that yourself fairly easily.

Thank you so much! I will definitely contact you when a few more PRs are merged and the extension is polished a bit more (likely after PRs #22 and #32)! I am currently planning to publish to the Firefox store myself at the moment, as, like you said, that is free 😄
