New Addon: Add wasteof.stats-inspired widgets to user profiles

Create a widget inspired by wasteof.stats by @Oren-Lindsey that adds charts and statistics related to wasteof users.

This addon will use ApexCharts and Flowbite Chart components.

This addon is very similar to the ScratchStats ScratchAddons addon.

Status

I currently have a basic prototype of Charts working in wasteof, but I will likely come back to finish this addon/the API connections, etc. at a later time 🚀

Why

idk it's a cool feature that makes wasteof better i guess :)
