License problem

Hello @wasserth I applied for the license for segmenting tissues in MR images for research purposes. However the license that was emailed to me, is not working. In the first time I attempted to use it, the error "invalid license number" and "max retries exceeded" occurred. How can our team proceed to get a valid license for our research work? Thank you

Does the error still occur? It seems like some temporary network congestion.

Yes, It does. It still gives the error: Max retries exceeded and Invalid License number

I'm also facing the same issue—most of the time, the license application link won't open. It shows 'Max retries exceeded' or 'Invalid License number.
