Missing Segmentation for Pulmonary Artery Branches in Heartchambers_Highres Task

Currently, TotalSegmentator’s heartchambers_highres task includes segmentation of major cardiovascular structures such as myocardium, atria, ventricles, aorta, and the main pulmonary artery. However, there is no support for segmenting the pulmonary artery branches, which are crucial for analyzing and diagnosing pulmonary conditions.
