converting result from nifti to Dicom

Hi,

I have run the total segmentator tool by giving a dicom series as an input and since the output is in ".nii.gz" format, is there any way to implicitly convert the result file back to DICOM format using the input series as reference files for conversion?

You can try --output_type dicom.
