femoral artery and femoral vein

I would like to add femoral artery and femoral vein to the Total Segmentator segment model. How can I achieve this? I would be grateful for any advice from experts who are using Total Segmentator.

You need to manually annotate the training data (available on zenodo) and then train a nnU-Net (see nnU-Net documentation).
