What command I should use if I want to segment only specialized regions like heart atrium and heart ventricle in task heartchambers_highres?

It seems as if the 'roi_subset' can not be used for region selecting in task heartchambers_highres.

This is true. In this case you generate all the heartchambers and then simply delete the ones you do not want.
