Dunno what's going on your end, rechecked it on my oled with Experimental and it loads alright, trying it with 9.0-1 brings back the long loading.

Tested out Raiden 3 Digital Edition on my Windows 11 laptop with the latest dev build of DXVK and yep, seems like it's actually working, thanks again for fixing this.
