Update docs/blog theme to match design of Landing Page
Currently we are using the default Astro Starlight docs theme.
Lets update it to make it look sexy and fit the style of our landing page:
Tasks:
- Check out the Starlight theming guide: https://starlight.astro.build/guides/css-and-tailwind/#theming
- Make sure it matches the color scheme on our Landing Page

Hey @vincanger, in the starlight theming guide, it has steps to set up Tailwind for the project. I can contribute to setting up Tailwind for blogs and match the theme of blogs with the landing page through Tailwind

just so you know, there are a lot of custom tailwind theme extensions in app/tailwind.config.cjs. Most, but not all, of these are for the Admin Dashboard (TailAdmin). Not sure if this will impact the blog theming, but thought I'd let you know just in case :)
