wasmer-java for Apple silicon

Currently there is no jar available for Apple Silicon (M1). It would be great to see Mac OS support for both Intel and Apple Silicon.

Wasmer already supports Apple Silicon, so we just need to update the Wasmer version to 1.0 and things should hopefully work!
