Rock paper sciss using mediapipe and open cv

This PR adds a Rock-Paper-Scissors game that uses OpenCV and Mediapipe to detect hand gestures in real time through the webcam. The user shows their hand gesture (rock, paper, or scissors), and the computer randomly selects its choice. The program then decides the winner and displays the result on the screen.

.Real-time hand detection and gesture recognition using Mediapipe Hands module. .Computer randomly picks rock, paper, or scissors every 3 seconds. .Clear visual feedback with hand landmarks drawn on the screen. .Instructions displayed to guide the user on how to exit the game. .Game runs continuously until the user presses 'q' to quit.

This makes the game interactive and easy to play using just your webcam!
