Python-Scripts Update the Readme, typos and file formats properly

Seems in some scripts the readme is not updated and the links are not directed to the exact folder. Need help in correcting them

Hello Dhanush, hope you’re doing great! I’m new to contributing and would be happy to help with this issue. I’ve already written a small script that scans the URLs in the README.md, detects those returning 404 or incorrect redirects, and corrects them.
