Inconsistency in bar colors and legends after update

Hi, I tried to update config of my chart which was data.groups, data.columns, axis.x.categories which changes with every request. As soon as I update the chart I faced 2 issues

1. Inconsistency in colors between bar and legends.
2. Bar height is less although having correct data.

Could you provide working example (maybe simplified) in which you'll be able to reproduce this problem? Maybe on jsFiddle, Plunker or other?
