How did you got 139.6 words as awerage answer length for the PrivacyQA dataset?

In your paper you mention that , PolicyQA provides examples with an average answer length of 13.5 words (in comparison, the PrivacyQA benchmark has examples with an average answer length of 139.6 words). howewer the typical answer here is way shorter than that. Could you, please, elaborate on that?
