Clean up the list

There's an enough of the libraries linked here that are already deprecated since years.

Should I PR a cleaned list with no "fully deprecated" libs. If yes, how long should be the libs already deprecated to define them as "fully deprecated"?

@machiav3lli that's a good question, but at least if the project is considering itself as deprecated (via its README for example), it may be enough to consider it as deprecated.
