Clarify the logic of display-only flags when the .tfswitch.toml config file provided

It seems that the current behavior in case when there are both .tfswitch.toml and any --show-* flag provided is a bit controversial - in this case tfswitch tries to install a version instead of only displaying it. Is it the expected behavior or a bug?
