Subgenerator: create custom section

Yo Umbraco:section analytics

This idea would help scaffold a new Umbraco section. Which creates the section a simple tree, angular view and dialog view.

As the tree & section require c# the generator would need to create a csproj/sln and have a grunt msbuild task to compile it
