Invalid GUID on Reset Password Page

I'm getting an error returned via the form saying "Invalid GUID" whenever I try to use the reset password page.

Hi, If you can run the website locally from Visual Studio and attach to process and debug/step through the code if you download the source code here. You can try & see if there is a wider issue with the reset password page or something else is going amiss.
