I've had problems with app being killed by "Sony stamina" and not replying with location.

During debugging I thought it would be good idea to send "I got your message" before getting GPS fix and making final message more terse.

In the end we still send 2 messages, but sender gets clear message that phone is on, but has to wait for location).

• some minor changes like moving msg format into one place and sending speed in km/h instead of m/s :)
