Which repositories in benthosdev should be forked?

There are a couple of repos still in benthosdev i.e helm-charts & example plugin repo. Are these also going to be forked and maintained or is it safe to assume they will remain under MIT license for the foreseeable future?

#32 - should we fork this one - that has remained MIT - and update the link in the README.md?

On PR https://github.com/warpstreamlabs/bento/pull/52 I have removed the link to the bento-plugin-example.

It should be a consideration on this issue what we do about this one, imo.
