Feature Request: Move tabs/panes across windows and merge tabs into a single pane grid
Summary\nIt’s currently not possible to drag/move a tab from one Warp window to another, nor to move a pane between tabs/windows. This makes it hard to organize related workstreams under one project and monitor multiple processes side by side.\n\nRequested Capabilities\n- Move tab to another window\n - Drag-and-drop a tab across windows or a “Move tab to window…” command.\n- Move pane to another tab/window\n - Drag-and-drop a pane between tabs, or a “Move pane to…” action.\n- Merge tabs into a pane grid\n - Select multiple tabs and combine them into one tab’s split layout.\n- Optional: “Extract pane to new tab/window” and “Duplicate pane to…”.\n\nWhy this matters\n- Improves project-oriented workflows: group dev server, logs, tests, DB console, etc., under one tab with splits for easy monitoring.\n- Reduces window/tabs sprawl and manual re-creation of layouts.\n- Brings Warp closer to tmux-like layout flexibility while maintaining Warp’s UX.\n\nWorkarounds tried\n- Recreating layouts by splitting panes and rerunning processes in a single tab.\n- Using tmux (join-pane/break-pane) inside Warp for cross-window pane movement.\n- Merging macOS windows (Window
I have the same request - I would like to be able to see my Warp terminal in 2 monitors, by opening different tabs/windows. This is very strange that it's not possible to do

the feature we asked for - is now live in the recent updates of Warp, moving and repositioning tabs, customizing their stacks now def. feeling natural and intuitive as should have been! Nice work from Warp! Thanks for listening

It's still not possible, to drag a tab to a different monitor
+1 for this feature and that I don't yet see it active in current stable build
